Implicit biases are unconscious attitudes or stereotypes that can influence decision-making, communication, and patient care. By exploring the impact of implicit biases on clinical outcomes and fostering self-awareness, this course aims to empower nurses to create a more equitable and patient-centered healthcare environment. Participants will be equipped with the tools and insights needed to identify and mitigate implicit biases in their nursing practice. The goal is to foster a healthcare environment that is culturally competent, inclusive, and dedicated to providing equitable care to all patients, regardless of their background or identity.

Course Outcome
